How it works

How our pet cremation service works

We know how much uncertainty adds to the pain of loss. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you contact us to the gentle return of your pet's ashes; nothing hidden, nothing rushed.

Your pet's journey

Six gentle steps, fully explained

  1. Step 1

    Contact us

Reach out however feels easiest, by phone, through our online form, or by requesting a quote. We'll listen, answer your questions, and explain your options with no pressure at all.

  2. Step 2

    Collection

We gently collect your pet from your home or directly from your veterinary practice, whichever you prefer, often on the very same day. Our team arrives discreetly and treats your companion with the utmost care from the first moment.

  3. Step 3

    Arrival at our facility

On arrival, your pet is carefully identified and given a unique reference that stays with them throughout. Every step is securely tracked, so their identity is never in doubt.

  4. Step 4 · The most important step

    Individual cremation

Your pet is cremated entirely on their own, never alongside any other animal. This is what "individual" truly means, and it is the only way we work.

It matters because it's the only way to guarantee that the ashes returned to you belong solely to your beloved companion. You have our word on it, backed by a certificate of cremation.

  5. Step 5

    Memorial options

Choose how you'd like to remember your companion. Our thoughtful range lets you keep them close in a way that feels right for you.

  6. Step 6

    Ashes returned

Your pet's ashes are carefully prepared and placed in your chosen memorial. We'll hand-deliver them to your door or arrange a time for collection, typically within 5-7 days, and always with the gentleness this moment deserves.
