Home Collection for Your Pet
We can collect your pet from your home, allowing you to say goodbye in familiar surroundings without having to arrange transport during a difficult time.
How home collection works
Gentle collection from your doorstep
From your first call to the return of ashes, everything is arranged around you, quietly and without pressure.
Step 1
Contact us
Call us any time, day or night, or request a quote online. We'll listen, answer your questions, and explain your options with no pressure at all.
Step 2
We arrange a time
We'll agree a collection time that suits you and confirm the details, usually by WhatsApp, so you always know what to expect.
Step 3
A gentle collection
Our compassionate team collects your pet from your home or directly from your veterinary practice, often the very same day, and always with the utmost care.
Step 4
Individual cremation & ashes returned
Your pet is cremated entirely on their own, never alongside others, and their ashes are returned to you in your chosen memorial, with a certificate of cremation.
What to expect
Home collection, explained with honesty and care
When the time comes, one phone call is all it takes. Our team will agree a collection time with you, arrive discreetly, and give you all the space and time you need to say goodbye at home. There's no rush and nothing to arrange beyond opening the door; you're welcome to include a favourite blanket or toy with your companion.
If your pet has passed away at your veterinary practice, you don't need to bring them anywhere. We coordinate collection directly with your vet, handling everything so you can simply grieve. Wherever your pet is, they're identified and carefully tracked from the moment we arrive, so their identity is never in doubt.
We offer home collection across the United Kingdom, with regional teams in London, Essex, Surrey, Kent, Liverpool, Manchester, Cardiff, Birmingham and Glasgow, and collection available in most areas, often the same day. Tell us your postcode when you get in touch and we'll confirm coverage for your area.
